Do I need a permit for the bin?

If the bin is situated on your property you do not need a permit. If the bin cannot be placed on your property and has to be placed on the street or in an alleyway, a permit is required and we will coordinate with the city or township to receive one.

What size garbage bins do you have for rent?

Our bin sizes vary from 6-20 yards.

Do I need to leave a deposit to rent a bin?

Yes, you can leave a deposit by cash, e-transfer or credit card. If you leave a deposit by cash or e-transfer, once your total bill for the bin rental is determined we will take payment according. If you leave a deposit by credit card we will pre-authorize your card before the bin arrives at the address provided. Once the bin is picked up and the garbage is disposed of we will then charge your card according to how much you owe.

Will the bin damage my driveway?

No, all of our drivers are trained to protect your property. All our bins/dumpsters come equipped with long boards that the driver will place under the bin so it will never touch your driveway.

What types of payment can you accept?

E-transfer, Visa/Master Card and Cash.

How high can I fill the bin?

Each bin should not be filled higher than the top of the bin. Our bins all come with stickers marked “fill line”, that is the acceptable height in which you can fill the bin.

How much notice is required when ordering a bin?

24 hours notice is enough time when ordering a bin. We do suggest you book a few days in advance to ensure you can get a bin for the date you need it. If you need a bin within 24 hours we do offer same day deliver and pick up as well.
