Wondering how our bin rental process works?
Under no circumstances will you be allowed to place any hazardous materials in any of our bins. Hazardous materials include: Paint cans, Propane tanks, Batteries, Cleaning Chemicals, Tires, Asbestos, Car Batteries, Controlled Substances, E-waste, Fertilizers, Fluorescent Lights, Freon, Gas, Oils, Pesticides, and Microwaves, etc. If any of these materials are found in the bin they will be charged accordingly with your bin rental.
Another sticker that we have on our bin is labeled “Fill Line”. We please ask to not fill the bin above the “Fill Line” marked on our bins. Result of over filled bins will be deemed as an unsafe load and charged accordingly.
To make the bin rental smooth and easy, all of our 14 yard bins and 20 yard bins are scheduled for pick up a week from the day it was dropped off. If you need the bin for longer than the 7 days you must call and request an extension. Please give us up to 48 hours notice on all extensions of bins. If the request of the extension is accepted, the rate of $20/day will start being applied after the 7th day and a credit card will be required for the extended days, which will be charged weekly. At anytime throughout the bin rental the customer can call for the bin to be picked up.
Our 6 yard bin rentals are for 5 days only and will be scheduled for pick up 5 days from the day it was dropped off. There are no extensions to be requested for this bin. If the customer needs the bin picked up before the 5 days please call the office.
Once the bin is picked up, one of our highly trained drivers will bring the bin to a local transfer station where the bin and truck will be weighed. The driver will then continue into the transfer station to proceed to dump off the garbage inside the bin. Once the bin is emptied the driver will then proceed to weigh the truck and the bin again so that we know the exact weight that has been disposed of. Only then once the office receives the weigh ticket, we will be able to complete the final process of the bin rental.
You will be shocked with our fast same day bin delivery and pick up. With our affordable and discount pricing our bins will always be under your budget.
If in any circumstance where our driver is unable to pick up the bin due to the bin being blocked or unsafe to be picked up, it will be considered a “dead run” and will be charged a “dead run” fee $75.
How does our Pricing work?
Here at K.A.L.L Bin Services we accept payments by Visa, Master Card, E-transfer, Cash and American Express. Renting a bin in any city that falls under Service Area 2 we only accept payment by Credit Card. Please note that all payments by Credit Cards are subject to a 3% Credit Card Fee Charge. Also all of our bins require a minimum deposit of $500 before leaving our yard.
